The rentals and more....

Alright, so as you know because of the BMW being in the shop, we have a rental. Well, I just picked up our 2nd rental this morning from Enterprise. 2nd you ask? Yes, 2nd. The first rental was a Saturn Ion. I didn't have a problem with it really except for the fact that it didn't drive very well. Very "loose" driving, and just really jerky.Otherwise, it was a pretty nice looking car on the outside..I'd never own one, but yeah, it made Rob sick to his stomach..(but then, he does have a very weak stomach). So, yesterday he called a different Enterprise and asked what they had available. The guy he talked to on the phone told him a Nissan Sentra. Nice car isn't it? I think so! So anyway, Rob told him that I would be there at 7:30 when they opened to pick it up. So ok...this is the 2nd rental. I go this morning and tell them exactly what Rob told me right? Well, they walk me out to my 2nd rental, and take me to a Chevy Cobalt. It may look "somewhat" nice on the outside, but really it's crap too. So, I ask the guy why they told my husband one thing and give me something else. They said the Sentra was damaged and that they couldn't rent it out to anybody. Well, that's fine, and I completely understand that, but KEEP US INFORMED!! They could've told Rob that yesterday on the phone, but didn't which really upsets me very much so. We've had no luck with getting a GOOD rental. We went from a BMW, to a freakin' Cobalt now. Maybe calling Progressive and asking them to give us a car that is BETTER than a freakin' Cobalt and SIMILAR to a BMW will do some good. Oh, and the BEST thing about this Cobalt....is that it has absolutely NO power locks. You have to lean over and manually lock the doors! Isn't that so great! I mean I had to do that in my 1992 Cavalier, who woulda thought that a 2007 Cobalt would be the same way!! Oh how I just love Enterprise right now!

So yesterday at work, I gave my 2 weeks notice. Yes everyone I finally did it! I don't have a back up job yet no, but I just couldn't stand working there anymore. My final last day is May 14th. That way, it will give me time to prepare for our move on the 19th. I can bust my bootie and pack pack pack! When I told Dr. Simon though, he just had the " I don't care" look and just kinda shrugged his shoulders. But before that, he had ANOTHER lecture with me about why I am acting like a kid and how I act like this is just a job and that I don't take my job seriously..I'm not going to get into all of it, but that's basically the jist of it.Basically, he was just making excuses to go off on me! Such a GREAT boss let me tell ya! So, after that was all said and done, I gave him the news, told him that I wouldn't be available after that date, then told him to have a great day and went home! w00t for me!

My Megan's Birthday was yesterday! I meant to call her, but I fell asleep early because I didn't feel good. I texted her though just to let her know I was thinking about her. I hope you had a great birthday babe! 22 years old! WOW. We are both getting old girl...

Other than that, there isn't much else going on. But I shall update in a few days with some more juicy news!! haha..
