to say that for those of you who we didn't get to see for whatever
reason last week, we're sorry. We were quite the busy people last week,
and fitting everybody in our schedule was just impossible. Don't worry
though, because sooner or later we will be in Indiana for good. We
haven't set a date, but our goal right now is moving in November. Yes
of this year. Crazy isn't it!? Well, I know I'm excited.
On the same note, my parents are actually moving within the next 6-8
weeks. My dad got a job offer, and when they came to vist Indy 2 weeks
ago, he had an interview and was offered the job and well..he couldn't
pass it up. The only hard thing that will suck is that they're in the
process of selling their house and if they can't sell it by the time
they move they will have a rent payment up north PLUS a mortgage
payment down here.. and well that will SUCK! So, Rob and I are hoping
for the best and hope that they sell the house here soon! Oh yeah,
they're moving to Cinncinati, OH. I forgot to mention that.
Our Indy trip wasn't long enough. We arrived Wednesday evening around
6pm and had all day Thurday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. Our rental was a Nissan Sentra
which wasn't the best car, but wasn't the worst car either. Got really
good gas mileage which was cool because we only had to fill up twice.
Had our ritual trip to Meijer...TWICE.. w00t! *sigh* It honestly wasn't long enough. Like I had said, we weren't able to fit everyone on our schedule that we wanted to see.
We had a lot of fun being back home. It was really nice and we didn't
want to leave. Saw Drew and Leah and had a water balloon fight, played
simpsons clue, ate jello shots, and had some drinks. It was a lot of
fun. Rob and Drew had a good amount of time together doing their guy
stuff that they usually do. And I had my girl time with Andrea and
Sarah D. which was much needed. Went out to T.G.I. Fridays with them
and just talked and had a good time. Saw my awesome Megan and Mallory
too last Friday which was cool. Had a good time with them as
always..and I can't wait to have more fun times with them soon.
I hadn't realized that I had missed so many people until this last
visit. Maybe it's because we know we're moving back and it's just not
soon enough.. I dunno. But seeing everyone this time was different than
it was when we saw them around C-mas. I think it was more emotional
this time because I got to see my neice who has gotten so big since I
saw her last and I am just excited knowing that soon I will be able to
watch her grow and get more involved with family stuff. I also want to
get more involved with my friends and make up for lost time. So, this
move that we're going to make I think is going to be our last move.
I think I've said this before, but if any of you guys know of any jobs
for Rob, please hook him up. The quicker someone finds him a job, the
faster we'll be up there! Right!?!?!?
I'm sure there are things I left out, so that will be up to Rob to
update about. In the meantime, comment and keep watching for updates!!
